We’ll gladly walk you and the candidates through the entire process setting up interviews, providing feedback and suggestions for “best practices” (tried and true techniques) approaches to significantly bolster the chances of them accepting and starting with your team to minimize “fall-offs” which cost you dearly in time and money spent.

Why is this position open? Replacement? Growth/expansion?
Position description – we’ll need you to provide us with a detailed position description of exactly what your expectations are of this person. This will include skills required, personality/cultural desires intrinsic to your company, lastly the companies you feel best produce the desired person.
Process – how does your company process candidates through the interview process? We’ll need to understand and set up expectations for the candidates in terms of the number of interviews, types of interviews, whom they will be speaking or meeting with, what each person looks for, locations, etc. In order to save everyone’s time as well as make this more effective for all sides we strive to set proper expectations for both the clients AND candidates throughout this process. We want this to be as comfortable minimizing anxieties as well as assuring you can get down to assessing best fit far quicker.
Sizzle – we need to be able to entice your desired person to firstly listen to us then ultimately be drawn to your company and we’ll need your help to do this. Give us/them a compelling/exciting reason for them to want to jump aboard. Tell us why you’re there, tell us why they should be there, tell us what makes your company so attractive. Why should they leave a competitor where they’re likely content at to join your team?
Communication – We’ll require you and your team to be accessible. Timely communication is paramount throughout this process. There’s only a tight window to win over people and we’ll need your help in making this happen.
