Founded in 1999 The Search Offices was the concept and creation of the two top performers at one of LA’s top-rated recruiting firms who knew there was a better way of serving people. Looking at the business from the customers side versus a recruiting companies side gave us an entirely new prospective on expectations. It was not about metrics, “wins”, quotas, or commissions it was about implementing a philosophy of treating people well – be that our employees, clients or candidates. If we treated them with honesty and integrity the results will inevitably come. Why should anyone work for us, why should people want to work with us… understanding the “WHY”…

Once the foundation was laid we brought aboard the best and brightest researchers, recruiters, and support staff to serve our clients and candidates in a manner they deserved and appreciated.
